Refund and Returns Policy

We sincerely hope that you are thrilled with every item you purchase from us. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, you have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to return it. We want to ensure you have enough time to assess your purchase and make sure it is exactly what you wanted. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you with any returns or exchanges you may need.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please be aware that a $15 return fee applies to each order, even if multiple orders are returned in a single parcel. The cost will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Sale items are not refundable.
  • Size change or color change.
  • Design different color

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  • To exchange an item for a different color or size, please place a new order.

Refunds

When we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return. This email will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

If your refund is approved, we will proceed with the refund process. The amount will be credited back to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow a few days for the credit to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Returns will be processed within 21 business days from the date your parcel is delivered to us. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming that your refund will be issued within 1-4 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again: Sometimes refunds can take a little longer to show up. Ensure you’ve thoroughly checked all your account statements.
  2. Contact your credit card company: Refunds might take a few days to be officially posted. It’s a good idea to reach out to your credit card company to verify if the refund is in process.
  3. Reach out to your bank: Often, there’s a processing time before a refund is reflected in your account. Speak with your bank to confirm if there’s any delay on their end.

Sale items

We can only offer refunds for items that are sold at their regular price. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for items that were purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tinywows.com . We are not exchanging for size or color change. Send your item to:

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You are required to cover the expenses of shipping the item back to us. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund for your returned item, the amount refunded will exclude the cost of return shipping. This means the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning items of significant value, it might be wise to use a trackable shipping service or invest in shipping insurance. This ensures you have proof of shipment and added protection. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item. By using these services, you’ll have better assurance and peace of mind in case something goes amiss during transit.
