What is the Return Police?
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. If your package is lost during shipping, please report it within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is our fault, we will cover the cost. If your notice any issues with the products or their order, please submit a problem report.
Wrong Address:
If the address you provide is incomplete or incorrect, the courier will return the shipment to us. You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping once we confirm the correct address with you (if applicable).
By placing an order, you agree that if it’s returned because of an incorrect shipping address or not being claimed, it won’t be reshipped. Instead, it will be donated to charity at your expense, and no refund will be issued. We do not accept returns or offer size exchanges. If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order at your own expense.
However, if you wish to return an item, you must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving it and provide a photo of the item. Your return request will be reviewed to ensure the product hasn’t been used or damaged, even partially. If it has, a refund will not be issued.

We’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders, no matter the size! Shop your favorite items and enjoy having them delivered to your doorstep without any extra cost. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us!
Not happy with your order?
We want you to love our products, but if something didn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered! You can return your items within 15 days for a full refund.
Here’s how it works:
- Once we receive your return, we’ll email you and process your refund right away.
- Please note that return shipping costs aren’t covered, and we can’t take responsibility for items lost during shipping.
- Please note: A $25 fee will be charged for each order you return, even if you combine multiple orders into one parcel. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at Info@tinywows.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would t better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at adila.amir@tinywows.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What if an order gets lost in the mail?
If a package gets lost during transit, don’t worry! Just make sure to submit a claim within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll take care of reprinting and shipping a replacement for you. Before we proceed, we might need your help to confirm a few things—like ensuring the shipping address provided was correct. It’s also a good idea to check with the shipping carrier to see if they can locate the missing package. However, if the tracking information says the order was delivered but your customer hasn’t received it, we can’t take responsibility for reshipping the order. In such cases, any replacement costs would be up to you. (Wrong Address)

What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your TinyWows order is delayed, start by checking the estimated delivery time for your country, which can be found further up on this page. Keep in mind that this is just an estimate, and shipping time begins once your order is shipped. It’s also a good idea to check for any local delays in your area.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and your shipping address is correct, please allow an additional 5 business days for your parcel to arrive—sometimes things take a little longer than expected. If more than 5 business days have passed since the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, reach out to us here, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly, so making changes after your order is placed can be tricky. If you need to make any changes, please contact us Info@tinywows.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I've not received a confirmation email after placing my order. What should I do?

I’ve received the wrong item. What should I do?
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to fix the issue.

I’ve received a faulty item. What should I do?
We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. Each item is tested during production and before it’s shipped to you. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet these standards, please follow the instructions below:
