Right to change Terms
We may update these Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
Placing an Order
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older and have a valid credit or debit card from an approved bank.
- Product Availability: All orders are subject to availability. Listing a product on our site does not guarantee it will always be in stock.
- Website Orders Only: Orders can only be placed through our website. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate, as we’ll use it to process your order and communicate with you.
Our Agreement
When you place an order, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received it. However, this email is just an acknowledgment—it doesn’t mean your order is officially accepted. The contract between us is finalized once we send you another email confirming that your items have been shipped. Only the products listed in that shipping confirmation email will be part of our agreem.
If you’ve already paid for items that turn out to be unavailable, don’t worry—we’ll refund you in full using the same payment method you used.
Pricing
The prices shown on our website are the base prices and do not include state/province or local sales tax. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and added once you enter your shipping address at checkout. The total price you see on the checkout page will include all taxes, so there are no surprises.
We do our best to make sure all details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate, but sometimes errors can occur. If we spot a mistake in the price of an item you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we can’t reach you, we’ll assume the order is canceled.
Payment
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and When you place an order, we perform a standard pre-authorization check on your card to make sure there are enough funds to process the transaction. Your order won’t be shipped until this check is complete. Once your order is confirmed, your card will be charged. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Returns
Items must be returned in a perfect condition, complete with their labels and original packaging intact. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing labels won’t be accepted. You’re responsible for shipping the returned items back to us, and we can’t compensate for items lost during transit. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your return and will be issued using the same payment method you used. The refund will cover the product’s full price (including any sales tax) but will not include the original shipping costs.
